    Chief Executive Officer

    Mike manages the L&L Ventures operations, strategic planning, implementation, & global company vision. Mike has held leadership positions at start-ups, medium-size, and Fortune 100 companies. He brings two decades of experience in corporate strategy, operations, business development and sales support with a track record of bringing innovative products from concept to scale. Mike has an undergraduate degree in Management & Information Systems from Penn State University and an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University‘s Tepper School of Business.

  • MICHAEL LEWANDOWSKI

    President

    Mike manages the sales, marketing, and strategic positioning of L&L Ventures. Mike has led the sales & growth efforts from less than $3K in annual revenue in 2015 to now a $14M/year entity. In his past, Mike was a sales representative for various major builders over the past decade. He has sold over $50M in residential & commercial real estate. He has an undergraduate degree from Washington & Jefferson College in Business Administration and an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh’s Katz School of Business.

  • DAVID LEWANDOWSKI

    Executive VP of Business Development

    Dave manages business development at the L&L Ventures level and each individual entity. Dave has worked on a diverse range of industry projects over the last six years including production homes, custom homes from the ground up, remodels and additions. In addition, Dave has worked in the oil & gas field both domestically and internationally. Dave has an undergraduate degree from Washington & Jefferson College and a Master of Science degree from the EDHEC Business School in France.
