Once a sale is completed, both internal and customer-facing Pre-Construction meetings will be completed, materials chosen, purchased & delivered before job start, and a dedicated Project Leader will be assigned to your project.

Execution

During the course of your project, you can expect professionalism, polished communication, and weekly summaries sent via email, the job site will be cleaned & organized daily, and problems will be addressed proactively.

Technology

L&L utilizes cloud project management software, text alerts & messaging, online invoicing & change management, with read-only access for customers to ensure a seamless experience.

Sales Consultant

Dedicated to creating & delivering a seamless experience from start to finish, your Sales Consultant is the liaison between sales, pre-construction, and operations. They are your direct point of contact for all sales related questions.

Pre-Construction Team

Dedicated to planning & preparing your project prior to construction. This team helps with project planning, design development, estimation, scheduling, permitting, procurement, site analysis, & risk management. This process mitigates risk, saves costs, creates efficient schedules, improves team communication, & enhances the overall experience.

Project Leader

Dedicated to delivering a high-quality finished product, your Project Leader inspects all labor & trades throughout the building process, & is responsible to deliver on timeframes.
